Ordering & Shipping
Where do you ship from
Orders are fulfilled from Japan and shipped internationally. We use Japan EMS for overseas delivery.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total product weight and your delivery country.
This ensures you pay the most accurate and fair rate available for your order.
What if my country or address isn’t supported?
We currently ship to a wide range of countries where delivery can be made smoothly and without restrictions.
If your destination isn’t listed or checkout shows your address as unsupported, please contact us directly — in some cases, we may be able to arrange special shipping options.
How long does delivery take
Delivery time varies by country and customs. As a guide, EMS international parcels typically arrive in about 5–14 business days after dispatch.
Will I receive tracking
Yes. A tracking number is provided after dispatch with EMS.
Can I choose a delivery date/time for orders
Date/time selection isn’t available for EMS international shipments.
Are customs duties or taxes included
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are set by your country and are paid by the recipient. The original FAQ also notes customers are responsible for any duties.
Is the packaging discreet
Yes - orders are shipped in plain outer boxes without product names on the label (no product titles printed), consistent with the original guidance about neutral descriptions.
Do I need to sign for my delivery
Yes. For security and peace of mind, all EMS shipments require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not available, your local postal service will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection.
What happens if I don't pick up my parcel
If your parcel is not collected within the holding period set by your local postal service, it will be returned to us. No refunds will be provided for uncollected or refused parcels, as shipping and handling costs are incurred regardless of delivery.

What are these gels
Baby Support (Boy/Girl) and Egg Support are personal lubricants made in Japan. They’re designed for comfort and ease of use and are produced in controlled clean-room environments.
When should I use the gel
Use immediately before intimacy, following the directions in the product leaflet.
How many should I use each time
One single-use tube per occasion is generally recommended; using two at once isn’t necessary.
Can either partner apply the gel
Yes—apply as directed in the leaflet just before intimacy; either partner may apply if that’s most comfortable.
What's the shelf life and how should I store it
See the date on the box; shelf life is typically around two years. Store unopened tubes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; open only right before use.
Products & Usage - Supplements (CiQoni, Obio, BS Lincal, BS Cranberry)
How do I take the supplements
Follow the directions on each label. The original guidance notes:
- BS Linkal / BS Cranberry: up to 3 tablets per day as directed.
- CiQoni / Obio: up to 2 capsules per day as directed.
When should I take them
Follow the label. Taking with water is typical; some consumers prefer after meals.
Who are these supplements for
They’re formulated for use before and during pregnancy (Obio also for nursing), as described on product pages and labels.
Can I combine these with other supplements or medications
Because individual needs vary, please consult your healthcare professional before combining supplements or if you’re pregnant, nursing, or taking medications. (We avoid making compatibility assurances to keep this globally compliant.)
What's the shelf life
Typically around two years (see packaging), stored cool and dry, away from direct sunlight.
Payments, Returns & Order Issues
Which payment methods do you accept
Major credit/debit cards and other methods supported by Shopify checkout (availability varies by country).
Can I return items
For safety/hygiene reasons, opened products can’t be returned. We’ll assist with damaged, incorrect, or missing items - contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
What if my parcel is delayed, lost or damaged
We’ll work with EMS and local postal partners to investigate. Please contact us promptly so we can help.
Why are payments only accepted in Japanese Yen (JPY)
As our products are manufactured and shipped directly from Japan, all transactions are processed in Japanese Yen (JPY). This ensures transparent pricing at the source and helps avoid conversion discrepancies. Your credit card provider or payment service will automatically convert the amount into your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate.
Will I be charged extra fees when paying in Japanese Yen
Depending on your bank or card provider, you may see a small currency conversion fee on your statement. This is set by your payment provider, not by us. The final charge in your local currency may vary slightly depending on exchange rates and fees applied by your card issuer or payment service.
